feeding medicated starter/grower

My question is that I have a mixed flock of layers to hens with their chicks and would it be ok for the layers to have the medicated feed??

It will be fine if the medication is Amprolium. I give it to hens with chicks, who both eat the feed. Amprolium is not an antibiotic, so no problems eating eggs from hens who eat the starter.
