ok i have my 2 month old chicks on starter and at 3 months do i start feeding them crack corn or grow starter and at what months do i start feeding them on the certain foods and on what kind of feed can someone help me.

You can switch to growth/develop feed 2-3 months. When the hen comb begin to turn red (about 4-5 months depend on breed), you can add pellet layer mix in. This allow the hen to get use to layer feed. Then completely switch out growth/develop feed with layer only after the the hen start to lay.

click on article column on left where it says "corn and silkies"

The yellow from the corn might make your white silkies yellowish I have read also. If you do a search on BYC you might be able to find some breeders mentioning this.

here's one thread

I had white silkies and fed them corn mixed into feed but didn't overdo it and had no problems.

So, if it were me, I'd feed cracked corn as a treat, in moderation, unless you are showing them and want them super white.

Just feed them all Grower or feed them all Starter (medicated or non-medicated) or feed them all Flock Raiser or All Flock (which is just a fancy Grower anyhow). They'll be just fine. There is no NEED for cracked corn, but if you wish to, once in awhile, for behavior conditioning, make it a limited portion of their total intake.

There is a silkie thread here that you might be interested in:

I really don't know what most silkie breeders like to feed...maybe it's a good idea to hang out over there on that thread to ask them too.

there is an article "silkie diet" on this page- click on left column (George Mihalik is a famous silkie breeder)
