Feeding older ringneck pheasants

What do you guys feed your older ringnecks. Ours are about 3 to 4 months old I think and were started on 28% game bird starter, then down to 20% start n grow which they are eating now. I was thinking of going down to 16% layer. Any ideas?

Steve you could put them on maintenance gamebird diet(12%) by Purina, just give extra cracked corn along with it..

some keep them on the gamebird flight conditioner till about 16 weeks then over to gamebird maintenance diet or gamebird layer if eggs are expected before winter..

So the regular game bird food is lower in protien? I don't know if anybody carries game bird type feed around here other than game bird starter but I'll check.
