What can I feed lavender, millefleur and black pekins? I would like to keep them in the best possible condition for showing.

A good quality commercial ration with some added
fats (sunflower oil perhaps) drizzled on the top will give you as good a feather condition and sheen as yöu can ask. for.

As a base perhaps.
Regular feed is sufficient (amino acids, vitamins, minerals, fats) to maintain body and produce eggs but may not be sufficient to put a showbird in optimal condition.
There may be a show bird ration available there. In lieu of that, aside from the advice already given, you may want to add some animal protein in the form of fishmeal or fish. Not a lot. Fishmeal is about 60% protein. Adding it to a 16% protein feed at a 1:10 ratio would give you a 20% feed. That will also add vitamins and minerals.
