Feeding White Corn Grits ?

At work they where getting rid of a bag of White Corn Grits can I give this to my Hen and when can I give it to my 2 little chicks they are 4 weeks old.

Sure, they can eat them. Perfectly safe.

Just don't use it as their sole food, but as a supplement. It might be ground too finely for them to eat dry, but if you mix it stiff with water or mix it into their other feed they may eat it OK.
 
I'm not sure how well the chicks will eat it. They may gobble it up or they may leave it alone. Treat it like scratch and only give them as much as they can clean up in ten to fifteen minutes. I'd probably feed it in a dish or feeder as it's finely ground enough that it would sort of disappear in their bedding otherwise. But you could try sprinkling it over their bedding once to see if they'll scratch for it. This would encourage them to keep the bedding turned up and fluffy. Some coarse sand sprinkled over their feed like you were salting it would supply grit for them to digest it more easily.
