feeling guilty

one of my cornish X's died. the sad part is, its been dead for at least two days. It was underneath our hanging feeder. i think that it got stuck under there when i was feeding them and it couldn't get out. it just makes me so sad, that it was peeping under there, and i couldn't hear him over the others eating. i feel extremely guilty. I should have been more careful. i should have given them more feed. the list goes on.

i feel so bad for you. If that was me I would be super sad, blaming myself for the chicken. Is there a way to block underneath the feeder so that way nothing can get stuck?
