Feet and leg issues with my leghorn chicken

Not sure what issues my leg horn has she came like this when I got her from tractor supply she does not seem to be in any pain but I’d like to see if there’s anything I can do to help her get around better or to make sure she will be OK

It may be a varus valgus or twisted tibia leg bone deformity or a slipped tendon. Most are not successfully treated. At this stage it is permanent. Some try 3 D printed artificial legs, but slings or wheelchairs may also be helpful. It will likely need extra care for most of it’s life. Is the chick able to get around well enough to get food and water? That is usually the key to survival with these common problem. Here is a good link about leg issues:

I agree that it looks like a leg bone deformity.

How old is this chick and what breed is it supposed to be?

Looks like a cockerel. Hard to tell if it's a broiler or not though.
