I had a cockatiel years ago and I thought she was a he for 6 years until she laid a egg. She laid a few more the one day I went to see why she wasn't greeting me in the morning. Found her on the bottom of the cage and blood everywhere. Took her to the vet said a egg had busted in her and she was really bad off so we had to put her down. Sunshine was my favorite she would walk all over the house to follow you. Fly to you went called and loved to steal food off your plate. I've had others over the years but none compared to her.
