female duck acting funny

I just noticed that one of my female ducks was acting funny. she seems to hardly be able to walk and her rump looks to be swelled. her neck around her shoulders looks swollen also. She will walk for a little while then almost falls over and uses her wings on the ground for support.i will go video her and post it as soon as i can. any help would be appreciated.

I caught her earlier and checked her bottom for hard spots but with me not knowing what to look for exactly was hard to tell and now she seems to be acting better and walking normal. I am wondering if she got to cold because their pond was frozen over earlier and her webbing on her feet looked black.

Looks like both hens have the same discoloration. Are you sure it's new?
