Female Guinea Head Injured during transport, lethargic, large scab, not eating

So when we received our new guinea's, they were given to us by a neighbor, who brought them in a small coop and they were a bit spooked. The female must have jumped and jumped and was beaten and bloody on her head. It looks painful and she seems so miserable. I haven't seen her eating, she isn't laying eggs and generally just seems unhappy. I have not seen the male peck at her at all, which is good, but I also have not witnessed her eating very much(my uncle did see her eat a few day ago though, which is good). She also isn't loud and boisterous like the male or the other female (that eventually escaped...it's been a heck of a couple days guys)...what should I do, and what should I be looking for? I have seen her drink water, and she sleeps a lot! Are female naturally more calm than the males or might she be seriously injured? its about the size of a dime, right behind her little crown.
