The breed is Turkey. The variety appears to be Broad Breasted White. Without knowin their ages, it is not possible to say for sure but they look like hens to me.I have 2 White turkeys. Im not sure of the breed and im not sure on the genders. Please let me know what you think.

Small caruncles, small snoods and "mohawk". The "mohawk" is the strip of feathers up the back of the neck and on the top of the head. By four months old, a tom's head should be bald except for some fine hairs. By 4 months old, broad breasted toms will be bigger and heavier with heavier legs and ready to be processed.What makes you say this? Im new to turkeys, trying to learn.

The other thig that shows up with males is that the snood when retracted will form a cone shape.Here is some single pictures of both of them.
