Female or Male?

I have 2 White turkeys. Im not sure of the breed and im not sure on the genders. Please let me know what you think.

The breed is Turkey. The variety appears to be Broad Breasted White. Without knowin their ages, it is not possible to say for sure but they look like hens to me.

Small caruncles, small snoods and "mohawk". The "mohawk" is the strip of feathers up the back of the neck and on the top of the head. By four months old, a tom's head should be bald except for some fine hairs. By 4 months old, broad breasted toms will be bigger and heavier with heavier legs and ready to be processed.

The other thig that shows up with males is that the snood when retracted will form a cone shape.

Both of my turkeys snoods are different sizes as shown in the pictures.
