Female Pharaoh Quail with a swollen but???

A friend of mine thinks im some sort of miracle worker when it comes to healing and curing sick or injured birds and she brought this hen to me and I'm not really educated when it comes to quail....I raise Peafowl and different breeds of chickens on the side. I need a little help with this one, I dont know if she needs a antibiotic or what??? The swollen red bump is right above her vent and I've never seen anything like this! Any Davis would be great! Thank you guys.

well for what its worth it looks like either feather plucking from another bird or mites? or even her plucking if she can reach this spot but I rather doubt that. I would not put anything on it just let it heal up. good lcuk

I checked it over for mites or any other external perasites befor bringing it into my home, I told my friend yesterday that theirs nothing I can do for it. Im not familiar with Quail but it looked to me that she had been pecked at by her other Quail. Thank you for your response se and advise!
