Female Rouen died...

I had 3 ducks in total 2 males and 1 female. One male is a cayuga and the other a pekin. And my only female duck was a rouen.
I've had them for 4 months now and wen I first got them it was with my dad who past away a week later after buying them for me.
Well anyways the 2 males were trying to mate with the female fighting over her. They were literally both on top and since they were bigger then her she couldn't make a sound and did little movement. Which I tried to get them off but it was too late she ended up dieing in my arms.....
I was just wondering if anyone is selling cheap female ducks. I just need a couple females of any breed.

That's drake behavior - ONE drake goes a long way. They prefer to breed on water so a lot of females end up drowned because of that.

Sorry about your rouen, if you aren't interested in fertile eggs to hatch or sell, it would be fine to rehome both males and have ducks hens instead. They will lay eggs without a mate, though infertile ones.

So sorry to hear of your loss. @drumstick diva makes a good point about only needing a male if you want fertile eggs...maybe an all-female flock would be better?
