Moving that type of fence won't be easy since it is not very rigid and won't stand up on its own. You might consider an electric net fence. I use them, and they work very well, and are relatively easy to move although I don't move mine. The have fiberglass posts built into them every 6-8 feet or so. You could also consider panel fencing. Farm supply stores like Tractor Supply sell them. They are typically 16' long and 4' high, and are rigid enough you can pick each piece up and move it easily. You might have to attach some smaller wire netting to them, as the spacing of the wires is designed to keep in animals bigger than chickens. I have also heard of people using these panels as hoop houses, bending them in a half circle to make the sides and roof, and using multiple panels to increase the length of the shelter. You could use bird netting with a center pole to make it like a circus tent, but moving it would be more complicated.
