Figured Id share this here just in case it may help someone in the future. I was looking for a good light to candle with as well as a critter light to shine the creek when I hear coons fighting.
I found it. Its a Fenix E21. Its rated at 150 lumens on high and has a low setting for less battery consumption. It takes 2 AA batteries and is pretty compact for a VERY good light. This thing is amazing, I can candle eggs during the day and can light up the woods at night.
If anyone is looking for a giant light in a indestructible small package, check em out. I found mine for $35 and will order another one shortly.
