Fermented feed recipies

I know this subject has been covered a lot, and despite my googling I'm having a hard time finding a recipe, so I was curious if people would be interested in listening there specific forumula.
How many birds you feed-
Type of birds-
Type of container for fermenting-
Kinds and amount of grains (cups?)-
Kind and amount of starter (more specific then glug)-

Im one of those people that follows recipes, and I just get so confused reading through long threads with so many different ideas. I'd rather see what someone else does, what works for them, and modify accordingly but it would be nice if it was laid out a bit more specifically.

I've read through a lot of them, I just thought it may be nice to see recipes laid out in one place, with specific information. It's hard to follow someone's formula with 20 meat birds when you have four laying hens
