Fermenting feed mixture

Whole grains ferment the best. I like to ferment layer mash for my flock.

I understand that any of it can be fermented but I guess what I’m asking is what is the best mixture to use from other people’s experiences.

I gave you my mix. I don't like fermenting feed as they get that already plus it makes it mushy. I give Day 3 old chicks fermented feed mixed half with their crumbles as they like it mushy. It's in the grains where they get the bonus nutrients, probiotics/prebiotics.
