Fertile Eggs but they are dirty what should i do ?

Hello, I have 8 fertile chicken eggs which are 3 weeks this Sunday and was wondering what to do because the eggs that my hen is sitting on are really dirty where she has pooped on them a little and I thought it would stop them from hatching but I do not know ? Please does any one know what to do ?

IMO you're better off not cleaning them.

you could use your fingernail and scrape a bit off gently, that's what I do. I had a silkie hen who was so diligent, she woudn't leave the nest. WOULD STARVE if I hadn't put food and water right there. Anyway, i'd scratch carefully a day or so before hatching if they were really bad when I'd change the nest out just before hatching.

Whooooooooooo I have just checked a minute ago and we have a little bantam chick and I think one is hatching out right now yay
