Fertile eggs question

I ordered fertile eggs since I have some chickens that have gone broody they where mailed on the 10th and I hope to have them by the 14th. Should I put them right under the hen or let them rest a day. Also should I separate the hen with the eggs or will the rest of the flock accept the newborn chicks when they are hatched by a member of the group.

Let them sit 24 hours large end up in an egg carton, this allows the air cells to stabalize. The rest of the flock should accept the babies :-D
