Can I tell if my eggs are fertile after getting them from the coop or do I need to incubate them a couple of days to really be able to know 100%?

Yep. You could actually get rid of one roo and still be fine. Sounds like the roos are doing their jobs. (The others are probably mating too, just less frequently and not when your top roo is looking!) If you're getting nice quality eggs from your girls, you'll probably get some chicks out of your eggs!3 Roos 25 hens Roos are around 7 months I've seen the dominant one breeding a few but not sure if he's fertile yet or not
