hi this is my first time on here and my 2nd time trying to hatch eggs. So I got this egg since 4 days ago and I'm wondering if it is fertile or not and I'm really hoping it is.

Has it been in an incubator for 4 days? I do not see any development yet--It sometimes takes 7 days for an egg of that color to show veins and the embryo.
It is quite porous too.

It has and does the number of days depend on the breed because I have chickens I think are called golden comets, and what does it mean if it is porous?

Not on the breed but the color of the egg. With very dark eggs you may never see the veins and embryo in the egg.

This is what you would expect to see:

If the shell is too dark, you will not see this though. Day 7 has a lot more development so candle again then
