Fertile Eggs

How long can a fertile egg sit before you put it into the incubator? I have a few but would like to wait until I have a couple more. Also, what temperature should they be stored at?

I have heard up to 3 weeks but your hatch rate starts to drop after 7-10 days.

Also, store in a cool (about 50-60 degrees), that has good humidity.

I am sure there is more details but that is all I can think of, in between packing and panicing.
