Fertile or fertilized?

Do we have a hidden rooster? I know they can lay fertile eggs but are these eggs Fertilized?

So there is 17 of them. Word travels fast when I started taking pictures and they scattered on me. Here’s some of my suspicious characters that won’t let me too close.
