Title really asks it all - 5 eggs total under our Silkie Pullet that I candled last night (day 6 roughly)

I'm going to assume the rooster didn't do his job (these eggs are from a friends 3 hens + 1 roo) - so there are 3 green eggs, 2 white eggs.

If no chance of hatching / developing then I will have to find a day old or two to give my Lola, or see if she will sit another 21 days if I give her an already 14 day Incubated Muscovy Egg from under our duck.

It is a bit hard to see, especially with all the little specks on the eggs. If it is hard to tell, and you want to see if they develop, try putting them in an incubator or see if the hen takes them. If you don’t see hair sized veins in the egg by the 6 day it’s probably not fertal. At least that’s what we do.

They've been under our girl for the last 7 days - sadly there is no veining at all that I can see.

We have 8 fertile (+1 infertile) eggs under our Muscovy that are 14 days so far and hopefully my Lola will take one if I give it to her - I have to take the bad one away as it never developed so may sneak a 2nd out to give my lil lady.
