I have four Khaki Campbell ducks all laying an egg a day each. I am getting a drake tomorrow for them. My question is 'How long will it be before they lay a fertile egg?' Thanks

Once you see him fertilizing his new ladies I would wait a couple of days before collecting.

You can crack a couple of eggs open to check for fertility. You also do need to give him time to "service" all of his ladies. But yes once he is mating with his flock you should just need to wait a day or so for the girls to produce some fertile eggs. Keep in mind some females will be better at evading him. Good luck with your new drake!
