Fertilized?

If my hen is with her roo 24/7 would it be safe to assume that all the eggs she lays are fertile?

I guess it depends on whether or not he mates with her. He may think he is a hen and not a roo

Probably a pretty good assumption. Do you know how to tell the difference between a fertile egg and an infertile egg when cracked into a dish? You could watch eggs that you're cooking for a few days to see how many are actually fertile.
