Fertilized?

My husband and I have 5 or 6 roosters that are 6 months old. I have seen a rooster mount our chickens, and I do know what fertilized eggs look like. I assume these are, but why is the white spot so big? What does that mean?

That's the Chalaza.

I'm not seeing Germinal Disk, could be on the other side.
