Thank you for your replies! Unfortunately, as I mentioned earlier, I currently don't have the resources to implement this, so I guess I'll have to wait until I do

Is there a chance you could look into help from your local 4H poultry chapter? You might be able to find housing and birds as well as feed help. It might be worth looking into.

Thanks for all of the replies! I don't have a lot of time left this year to finish and present this project, so I'm going to hold off until next year. I'm graduating this year and will be living with my grandparents while I study poultry science in college. My grandparents have a lot more room and areas where I can split birds up and keep track of them individually, so I think doing my experiment there will work out nicely.
