Fiem 20 egg incubator

Has anyone used these incubators?

Unfortunately, incubators are CRAZY expensive here, so I'm looking at 2nd hand (but good brands, like Brinsea, RCOM, etc..) Anyway, one of these came up - $300 for an unused (but not new) one (they are about $600 new).

Are they a good reliable brand?
What issues have people had with them?
Has anyone specifically used them for quail eggs?
