fiem incubators

Hi there, I wonder if anybody can help me please ? I have just purchased a second hand blue 50 egg fiem incubator. I dont have any instructions with it so wondered if anybody could please help me ? This is my first time at using it and when i switched it on it is making a rather loud noise. Is this normal ?
I would be very greatful of any advice. Many thanks in advance.

Loud noise? is it a hum from the electric or a grinding from gears? There shouldn't be any noise.

most likely it is the fan going out in it..just replace it

Thanks for the replys. A friend of mine told me to spray the motor with WD40 Is this ok to do ? cheers.
