fighting roosters

Well Nicks back w/ his girls and he looks better, though I haven't got an up close of his eyes. His feathers are cleaned up which is good and all seems well with his world. I don't know how old he is or the girls he came with. Have you posted any pics of your EE"s.?

Yes I just happen to post a couple of my EE's on the EE brag thread over in Breeds....let me see if I can get the link to post..

My post is on page 18. The Roo "Mike Rowe" is the one that fights with my SS roo "Morning." Mike has never been a mean roo to anyone or critter other than Morning. It is a weird relationship. They actually grew up together. During the winter they are much calmer around each other, but come spring, I will keep them in their own coops and really watch them. Right now we have been able to let two coops out during the day and they take up opposite sides of the yard and upper paddock. I have a couple of Orp roos in with Morning at them moment while I divide two of my coops. One of those roos did try to charge Mike and Morning ran him off Mike. So go figure. I just don't let them out but maybe once a week together while I am home.
