A few months ago, I went to put my chickens to bed. As I moves sweet lil Charlie, I saw something beneath her. It was a tiny pink egg! It was her first, yet it was perfect and was scrump-diddly-umptious. We are so glad to keep getting eggs from this little gal. Her new nickname is "Charburger", because when she's broody she looks like a flat hamburger patty. Recently, she stopped laying eggs because she was wanting to raise a family.
