Very nice looking coop! I am about to build a new coop and add on to my run as well. Your coop looks really good my wife loves it too!
 
Nice coop, lucky chickens.

For your goat problem I would suggest that you build a "fence" aound the coop using stock panels. The chickens can get right through the squares but the goats can't. If your goats are climbers put one row of hot wire around the fence about goat chest high, they will learn quickly to leave it alone. We had kids in our coop all summer so we had to get creative.
 
Great job ! They always turn out to a bigger project than we thought !
As for those cute lil goats, try running some stout wire in the door, top to bottom - side to side, like a +, the chicks will have no problem with it, but it should keep the hooved ones out.
