Finally Got My Chicks

After lurking on backyard chicken for the past nine months, researching poultry raising, and harrassing my husband with at least ten different coop designs, I finally have chicks! 2 Buff Orpington, 2 Barred Rock and 2 Black sex link, now one week old and thriving. I am amazed how attached I've become in just 6 days. They are amazing...Thank you Backyard Chicken (and all the fantastic members) for being there. You have no idea the number of questions you have answered for me. Thanks so much for sharing.

Thank you. I checked out your suggestion for maintaining clean water with the nipple drip thing and I love it. I can't believe how gross their water can get so quickly!
