Finally! We made bread and cheese!

I hear goat's milk makes amazing cheese. Am planning on getting some goats for milk (and butter and cheese) when we get our smallholding. Which could be awhile yet, but I'm reading and learning so long. I think I'll stick to soft cheese though. Hard cheese is quite a process! And blue cheese unfortunately. But knowing me I'll probably give it a shot anyway. Blue cheese is my chocolate. Am also interested in making soap with goat's milk. It sounds so luxurious!

I use my goats milk to make all kinds of cheese. Hard cheese is more time consuming to make than soft cheese, but not really hard. You can press the cheese with a flat board and clean wrapped bricks! I use a beverage cooler from walmart that has temps adj. from 45 up to 65, so its great! I just pop a pan of water in the bottem, and set them temp for 50.
