This is the man who killed 23 yr. old Carrie Thomas at an ATM machine in Moreno Valley, California. She was the sister of my sister's step-son. We are posting this everywhere we can. Here is a link to an article about it.

What I have a hard time with is that the news never covered this story!!!!! I don't live THAT far from Moreno Valley. It should have been reported here and it wasn't.
