Finding out the sex of a chick

I have two 16 week Rhode Island "Hens" I am trying to comfirm that they are both hens. I would like to figure this out before one starts to crow.

By 16 weeks, the cockerel should have pointed hackle feathers, some pretty respectable pointed saddle feathers and perhaps the start on some spurs. Also, a decent set of wattles and comb. The males also tend to have a more upright stature than the females; they'll be strutting around like they own the world.
Also the start of what will be their sickle tail feathers. Going out from the rear end and starting to curve over.
