I'm trying to figure out the species and gender of my 5 little angels. I'll try to put up their best pictures I took of them and describe how they act on a day to day basis.
first of are the oldest of the five, my Landlady's grandchildren named them, but I gave them little pet names myself and they seem to react to the names rather well.
first is the white and black chicken who I call "Sakon" and the red and white chicken who I've been wanting to call "Lyra"

the first picture was the only image of Lyra I could get, as it is very shy and does not really deal with people much. Though Lyra, when out and about, likes to fly to the roof of their coop and relax there for a bit. Sakon on the other hand is very proud and swift, and can be a bit noisy if it feels someone is too close to the coop. Sakon rarely perches on anything and will often fluff him(?)self, though that's probably because of the ending summer heat.
The two of them were brought home around a month ago and they've grown really fast. I want to say they were at least 2 weeks when they showed up at the house.
These three however were brought home about 2 weeks ago. My landlady claims they are a Dominique, a Sex Link and an American Giant. I will be posting them up in order of how I listed.

The Dominique (who i've thought about calling "Oichi" if it's a girl and "Keiji" if it's a boy)

The Sex Link (it was the best picture I could get.. this one doesn't care for cameras apparently. I've wanted to call this one "Naotora" if it's a girl)

The "American Giant" (also known as my shoulder chicken as it loves to perch on my shoulder and tickle me. If it's a boy I'm planning on calling him "Akeichi")
Are these species listed correct? and if so, any ideas on their genders? because from what I've observed and what I think, Sakon's a boy, Lyra's a girl, the Dominique's a boy, the Sex Link a girl and the "Giant" a boy.
the hatcheries my landlord got them from does not sex their chickens, so we have no way of knowing except that "they usually are all female" from what the gentleman apparently said.
any information is greatly appreciated! I don't want to leave my little angels nameless anymore!
