Finding river sand in Georgia

We have built our coop and are now looking for the best sand to put inside. Several articles and blogs I have read mention River Sand or Construction Grade washed sand. Has anyone had any luck finding the sand in Georgia? Any info would be appreciated!

You should be able to find some at any local home impoverishment type store.
