So finally I got around to building a coop, for my 4 week old pullets.
Well here's some pics of the work in progress:
The finished project!!!! One side is on hinges so it can swing out for easy egg removal, cleaning, and feeding.
It took a day to build. I have a very large shed that we use to store our snowmobiles/dirtbikes/quads and other stuff. I spent the day cleaning it out, and are going put a tent up for all the toys to get them out of the shed.
The coop is on the inside, and im going to fence in the porch on the shed, and cut a hole so they can go in and out as they please. So they will have a 16x6 run area.
What do you think?
