Finishing up Coop and Run

Hey guys, total newbie here. Finishing up my coop I ordered off amazon. Made some changes for the better. Adding a 8ft run, almost finished it today but ran outta daylight. gonna have 4-5 birds in there to start. Pics added let me know what ya think. Any tips, must haves, is greatly appreciated as again total new guy here!

The coop isn't large enough for 4 birds. It doesn't matter how many roosts you have. I wouldn't put more than 2 birds in it.

I would only put at the max 2 bantams in that tiny thing. I'm so glad you added the run.

I don't see any vents, I would remove the wood on the gables and replace it with 1/2" hardware cloth.

Welcome to BYC!
Free ranging doesn't really allow you to scrimp on coop space.
That tiny coop could be great for a hospital, broody, grow-out coop in the future if you take care of it.

Before you buy another overpriced but too small coop online,
learn a bit about chickens and the space they do best with.
