Firm Swelling on the plantar surface of left claw

3 weeks back my 1.5 year old ISA brown chicken developed swelling on the plantar surface of its left claw. At first she used to limp occasionally and as we couldnt locate any injury or source of swelling we thought it might go on its own but now its been 3rd day that she cant walk without limping and even isnt putting her swollen claw on the ground so it is most probably sore now but we have no idea what caused it or how to treat it now. Please shed some light on this and help us if you know something.

Sounds like it may be bumblefoot.
Can you get a clear photo or two of the bottom of the foot?

Yup. Looks like bumble foot. There are plenty of threads describing how to treat.
