First 4 days of incubation at 104

Do they still have a chance? I got a new incubator but a built in thermometer and it said it was at 99.5 and when i put a second one inside the bator on day 4 it said 104! I opened the incubator and cooled it down imediatly. Do they still have a chance?

I would check with another thermometer or at least check one of them to make sure it is right. I have 4 in my bator just to make sure everything is right.
