You did a great job on that for sure.

Only thing i see that may need an adjustment is to place a shelf outside the nest boxes for the hens to stand and walk on ,some may find it difficult to walk that thin peice of wood to get to the nest they want to lay in.
Here is how we did ours to give ya an idea.

Thanks! that makes alot of sense to put a wider board there. i was also concerned that i had my roosts way too high and thin but they all get up there every night and most go to the top ones. i'll put a wider board on the front. your pics are cool.
