First Broody Breaking Success!

After being broody for just over a week, my BO was broken after three days in the breaker. I'm so pleased the little gal is almost back to normal.

I started to type that 'Glad your BO is back to normal,' but that just sounded so wrong.

Congrats! Took 2 1/2 days for my black australorp. Wish I had the breaker set up when she first went broody- spent 3 days doing the "pull her out of the nest box routine"!

She was feeling so feisty she was challenging the rooster and HE backed down. (He later had to re-establish his manhood by mounting one of the other hens.)
