so, I have my very first broody pullet. She is a 6 month old Asian Black.. I know that there are no guarantees but I am going to let her set 2-4 eggs. Considering this is my first time I have NO idea what to do or expect. How often should I candle? Do I move the eggs at all or just leave everything up to her? I will get her her own space with feed and water as I know that’s important..
Anything else that’s really important that I should know? I wasn’t really looking for more chick as I have 15 silkie chicks right now but I’m just going to do it and hope for the best outcome!
Thanks!!

Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do.
