First chick hatched

My chicken Zebra just hatched her first chick ever. Only one hatched through is that a problem? Also it is a barred rock and a black silkie does anyone know what it would look like in the future?

How long has it been since it hatched? The others could be along. As for looks, if I understand sex linking, if it has bars, as it gets older, it's a boy.
