Hi my name is Sally i have a family with 1 teenager and 2 small children ages 8 and 10 we are going to go get some babby chicks but i want to prepare for them first. I have 3 dogs amd i dont know how they will react to them. Any suggestions.
 
Hi Sally, nice to meet you. As a new members greeter, I hear daily, of dogs(cats) massacring chicks- usually it is the owners pet that is the predator. I feel compelled to say dogs/ cats and chickens should NEVER meet. Even when pets are just 'playing,' it's the chickens that end up dead - no fun in that!
