This was my first duck hatch I've hatched quail and chickens alot but decided to give this a try. I'm using a egg rocker not hand rolling and I kinda set the eggs on a whim and most had been refrigerated before setting. I set 40 eggs 8 days later I candled and 25 had no growth at all. Candled the remaining 15 eggs at 21 days. Day 26 they started hatching 6 hatched. I candled this morning the rest they didnt have any movement in them. When I cracked the remaining eggs open they were pretty much fully developed just didnt hatch. One is a crested magpie it's the black and yellow. The others are buff duck and mallard drake mix. I also have a mallard duck but not sure if she was laying when I gathered these eggs.
