First duckling with heavy breathing

Today I brought home my first ever duck. She’s a 2 week old Muscovy and when I was spending some time with her I noticed some heavy breathing. She is still breathing through her nose but chest is rising an abnormal amount . I’m currently thinking it could just be stress or not having deep enough water for her to clean her face. She is a only child and her old home didn’t supply swimming water.
